Order Tracking

Delays and Lost Packages

• Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier delays

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at care@southsidestore.in. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to try retrieving the package

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us at care@southsidestore.in with your order number and updated address.

2. What if I’m not available to receive the package?
The carrier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and you’ll need to cover the reshipping costs.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, we currently do not offer same-day delivery.
