Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to provide a clear framework for handling cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining fair business practices.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation Timeframe:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellation Request Process:

    • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, customers may initiate a return (if eligible).

2. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The product received is damaged or defective due to manufacturing or transit.

  • The wrong product or incorrect size was delivered.

  • Size Exchanges: If the customer ordered the wrong size, exchanges may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Return Conditions
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear images of the product showing the issue.

Return Process
  • To initiate a return, contact us at care@southsidestore.in with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product showing the issue

    • Reason

Once approved, we will share return shipping details.

Exchange Policy

  • If eligible, we will exchange the item for the correct size or a fresh piece of the same design.

  • If the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an alternative product.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in specific cases:

When Refunds Are Issued

  • The product is out of stock after the order is placed.

  • The product is damaged or defective, and a replacement is not available.

Refund Process & Timeline
  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6-8 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if a customer no longer wants the product after purchase.

  • Incorrect Usage or Damage by Customer: If the product is damaged due to improper handling, no refund or exchange will be provided.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or limited-edition exclusivity. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For size exchanges or voluntary returns, customers may be required to cover the return shipping costs.

5. Customer Service & Support

All concerns related to product quality, service, or issues will be handled by our support team in accordance with our customer service protocols.

  • Reimbursements and compensations will not be provided under any circumstances.

  • Disputes regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges will be resolved solely through our support process.
